摘　　要：目的　观察Ivalon无痛止血海绵在鼻部手术中的应用效果 ,并总结护理经验。方法　将1 2 0例鼻部手术患者随机分成 3组 ,A组为传统鼻手术术式加填塞凡士林纱条 ,B组为传统鼻手术术式加填塞止血海绵 ,C组为功能性内窥镜鼻窦手术加填塞止血海绵 ,对 3组患者鼻腔填塞后出现的症状、取出填塞物后创面出血的情况和住院天数进行对比分析。结果　鼻部手术后使用Ivalon无痛止血海绵进行填塞较凡士林纱条填塞具有明显优越性 ,尤其在内窥镜鼻窦手术后使用Ivalon无痛止血海绵 ,效果更佳。结论　Ivalon无痛止血海绵是目前较理想的鼻腔填塞材料 ,同时也给临床护理工作提出新的要求。Objective The effect of Ivalon painless hemostasia sponge in nasal operation and sum up nursing. Methods Dividing 120 nasal sinus operated patients into three groups ,A group patients were tamponaded vaseline carbasus through normal nasal operation, B group patients were tamponaded hemostasia sponge through normal nasal operation, C group patients were tamponaded hemostasia sponge through functional endoscope nasal operation, analyse the three groups patients' symptom, the bleeding condition of incision and the days in the hospital. Results Using Ivalon painless hemostasia sponge in nasal operationhave obvious advantage, especially in functional endoscope nasal operation. Conclusions Today Ivalon painless hemostasia sponge are idea nasal cavit filling material. Furthermore it brings forward new demand to clinical nursing.
