摘 要:现有塑料光滑螺旋扭带不能用于低流速传热设备的自动清洗。作者为此研制了一种强化自动清洗力矩的斜齿扭带。其原理是在扭带表面上以一定间距排列反对称斜齿,被导向的传热流体对扭带的不对称反作用力形成一个旋转力矩。与现有光滑无齿的自转扭带相比,斜齿型扭带自转清洗力矩增大了75%~101%、传热系数提高了一倍,对于6m长传热管、4管程的换热设备、0.5m/s流速时的阻力在36kPa左右,具有广阔的应用前景。因此,这种新技术很适合在0.4m/s以上的低流速传热设备中用来自动清洗保洁和传热强化以及节能。The smooth plastic strip can not apply to auto-cleanout of low velocity of flow in heat exchanger in existence.Therefore,the author has improved slantwise rack strip with auto-cleanout strengthen moment.The principle is that dissymmetry slantwise rack with immovable space on the surface of strip comes into being rotary moment through dissymmetry counterforce of the oriented thermal liquid on the strip.Compared with smooth rotation strip in existence,the cleanout rotary moment of slantwise rack strip increases from 75% to 101%,diathermancy doubles,and its resistance reaches about 36000Pa as long as the heat exchanger is 6-meter-long conducting pipe and 4 strokes-pipe and velocity of flow is 0.5m/s.It has wide practical prospect.So,this new technique is fit for auto-cleanout,thermal conducting strengthening and economy energy in low flowing velocity heat exchanger which velocity of flow is above 0.4m/s.
