开封市儿童蠕形螨感染调查

摘　　要：目的 :了解开封市区儿童蠕形螨感染情况。方法 :采用挤压涂片法和透明胶纸法。结果 :总感染率为 4 5 .38% ,其中男生感染率为 4 5 .0 9% ,女生感染率为 4 5 .38% ;二年级感染率为 2 5 .6 % ,四年级感染率为 5 4 .1 6 % ,六年级感染率为 5 6 .4 8%。结论 :男、女生感染率无性别差异 ,不同年级间感染率有显著差异。说明儿童随着年龄的增长 。Objective: To investigate the demodex infection of children in kaifeng City.Methods: Cellophane tapes were adopted with squeezing and smearing method. Results: The total infection rate was 45.38%, among which male infection rate was 45.09%, female was 45.38%. The second grade's infection rate was 25.60%, the 4th grade's infection rate was 54.16%, and the 6th grade's infection rate was 56.48%.Conclusion: There is no significant difference in infection rate between boys and girls while there is significant difference among second, 4th and 6th grade, so the children's infection rate is rising with ages increasing.
