摘 要:针对河南薄层稠油蒸汽吞吐后期层间吸汽差异大、汽窜严重、热损失大、排水期长、吞吐效果差的问题 ,研究配套了苛化泥堵窜调剖技术、分层注汽工艺技术和SEPA增效蒸汽驱油技术 ,有效地封堵了汽窜通道 ,调整了吸汽剖面 ,扩大了蒸汽波及体积 ,提高了驱油效率。现场应用 38口井 ,累计增油2 345 2 9t,效果显著 。In consideration of the problems of big difference in interlayer absorbing steam, severe steam channeling, high thermal loss, long water drainage period and poor effect of steam soaking in the late period of steam soaking of viscous oil in thick layers of Henan Oil-field, the matching techniques, such as leakage channeling block and profile control with alkalization mud, separated layer gas injection and SEPE enhanced steam driving are developed, by which steam channeling path is blocked effectively, steam absorbing profile is controlled, the steam swept volume is expanded, oil displacement efficiency is improved. The techniques are used in 38 wells with accumulated oil enhancement of 23452. 9 ton, obvious effect is obtained, by which a key technical support is provided for further enhanced oil recovery of viscous oil in thick layers in the late period of steam soaking.
