摘  要:目的:颈椎病康复方法的力学特性很显著,为了探讨颈椎病康复中的不同技术方法的力学特性,作者选择了颈椎病康复中常用的牵引和推拿按摩术相结合与单纯牵引方法进行比较,进行生物力学特性的探讨。材料和方法:颈椎病患者52例,分为实验组和对照组。实验组26例,采用牵引和推拿按摩术相结合的方法;对照组26例,采用单纯的牵引的方法。结果:牵引和推拿按摩术相结合的方法优于单纯牵引。结论:不同的康复方法,其力学特性不同,治疗效果也有较大的差异,表明力的变化对康复效果有较大的影响。Objective: It is clear property of biological mechanics in rehabilitation of cervical vertebra For it, there are some rehabilitation means. It was found that different rehabilitation means leaded to different efficacy in treatment of cervical vertebra. To understand biological mechanics of rehabilitation of cervical vertebra, simple traction means and combination of traction with massage were researched by biomechanics theory. Methods: 52 patients with cervical vertebra were divided into two group. Trail group were treated by traction in combination with massage. Control group were treated by simple traction. Results: The therapeutic effectiveness of trail group was better than control group; the means of traction combined with massage was better than simple traction. Conclusion: Different rehabilitation means is of different property of biological mechanics. It showed that the force changes are important to therapeutic effectiveness of cervical syndrome.
