摘　　要：在详细探讨φ95.3mm小井眼连通老井眼难点的基础上,给出相应的技术措施及井眼轨迹控制方法,提出了采用"起降式"轨迹控制法连通老井眼,大大提高了连通老井眼的成功率,为以后类似的事故处理提供了一种新的思路,同时还为超小井眼水平井施工积累了经验。Based on discussing how to connect a 95.3mm slim hole with an old wellbore, the supporting technical measures and well trajectory control methods are presented, then the 'build and drop' method is brought forward to orient wellbore, which improves the interconnecting success chance much, provides a novel idea to solve similar troubles. In addition, it accumulates experiences for drilling super slim horizontal wells.
