摘 要:为了弥补传统印刷电路板数据标准Gerber不能进行双向数据交换的缺陷,介绍了新PCB数据标准的三个候选格式:IPC的GenCAM、Valor的ODB++以及EIA的EDIF400;分析了PCB设计/制造数据交换技术的研究进程;讨论了实施PCB数据交换的关键技术和标准化前景。指出必须将目前PCB设计和制造的点对点交换模式改变成单一的理想交换模式。Gerber has been taken as practical standard of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) data exchange for years, but many shortcomings have been discovered gradually. Three emerging advanced PCB data formats: GenCAM of IPC, ODB++ of Valor and EDIF400 of EIA, were introduced briefly. The research process with PCB data exchange techniques was investigated. The main technical problems and perspectives of the standardization for PCB data exchange were discussed as well. It was concluded that the point-point exchange manner for PCB data between design and manufacture should be changed to the ideal unified exchange manner.
