摘 要:为了有效地降低设备故障的维修与设备维护成本,提出了用计算机仿真方法实现预防性维修的关键技术。运用残余役龄和残余因子的概念,推导了三种故障维护策略下故障时间的随机抽样公式,给出了仿真分析的一般步骤,建立了有限时间区间下设备预防性维修控制策略的数学模型,对该模型进行了仿真分析,并用数值解法的结果验证了仿真结果,结果表明,仿真具有较高的精度,是一种研究设备维护策略的有效方法。To reduce the cost of the repair and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, the key techniques of computer-aided simulation for preventive maintenance were proposed. Sampling methods of three kinds of failure maintenance policies were proposed based on the new concepts of setback factor and residual factor. And the common procedure of simulation analysis was given. Then, the mathematic model of preventive maintenance in finite time horizon was built up and analyzed by simulation. The simulation result is consistent with numerical solution, which shows the simulation is an effective method to analyze and optimize preventive maintenance policies.
