摘  要:在三元体系相平衡的基础上,应用等温法,测定了四元体系硫酸钠-过氧化氢-氯化钠-水在283K下的相互溶解度数据及平衡液相的密度和折光率,并绘制了相图。结果表明,在283K时,硫酸钠-过氧化氢-氯化钠-水体系中有四种固相析出,当过氧化氢的浓度小于50%质量分数时,相图存在两个三盐共饱点、五条两盐共饱线和四个单盐结晶区,分别为4Na2SO4·2H2O2·NaCl、Na2SO4·H2O·0.5H2O2、NaCl和Na2SO4·10H2O。此相平衡的测定,为4Na2SO4·2H2O2NaCl产品合成工艺路线和工艺条件的确定提供了理论依据。Based on the phase equilibrium of the ternary system, the phase equilibrium of the quaternary system of sodium sulfate-hydrogen peroxide-sodium chloride-water has been studied at 283 K with isothermal method.In this paper,the solubility data, the density and refractive index of liquid phase of the quaternary system are measured and the phase diagram of the system are plotted. There are four solid phases formed.The quaternary phase diagram includes two co-saturated points,five co-saturated curves and four crystallization regions,which are 4Na2SO4·2H2O2·NaCl,Na2SO4·H2O·0.5H2O2,NaCl and Na2SO4·10H2O,respectively.The measurement of the phase equilibrium has provided theoretical basis for the determination of process route and condition of synthesis of 4Na2SO4·2H2O2·NaCl product.
