摘　　要：目的 :观察加减地黄饮子治疗脑血栓形成恢复期的临床疗效。方法 :随机将病人分为治疗组和对照组 ,对照组予以西医常规处理 ,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予以加减地黄饮子汤口服 ,主要观察两组的临床疗效及远期生活能力改善情况。结果 :治疗组在综合临床疗效及远期生活能力分级 (ADL)改善情况方面均明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论Objective: To observe the clinical effect on convalescence of cerebral thrombosis treated by modified Dihuang decoction Method: Patients were randomly divided into treatment and control group, cases in the control group were treated by western routine therapy, cases in the treatment group were treated by western routine therapy and modified Dihuang decoction The clinical effect and late viability improvement were observed Results: The clinical synthetic effect and late viability improvement in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P<0 05) Conclusion: Modified Dihuang decoction was one of the effective drugs for convalescence of cerebral thrombosis
