摘 要:目的探讨生长迟缓儿血铅水平现状及其相关的影响因素。方法采用电感耦合高频等离子体原子发射光谱法,对269例身高、体重发育落后儿进行血铅含量的测定,并对小儿生长发育状况及家庭、生活环境等相关因素进行问卷调查。结果①在269例生长迟缓儿中,血铅最高值为29μg/dl,最低值为5μg/dl,几何均值为13μg/dl,≥10μg/dl者156例,占57.8%;②血铅水平与身高-sd为正相关,r=0.0878,P<0.05;与体重-sd相关性不显著,r=0.0533,P>0.1;③生长迟缓儿与正常儿血铅水平差异有显著性,U=22142.5,P<0.01。④线性回归分析显示血铅水平与生活环境因素(父母职业、交通工具、饮用牛奶、手-口习惯、居住地理)有显著性差异,P<0.01。结论铅中毒可导致儿童身高增长减慢,生长迟缓儿血铅水平高于生长发育正常儿,血铅水平与生活环境因素有关。Objective To investigate the current status and affected ingredients of the blood lead level in delayed growth infants.Methods For each of the 269 infants delayed to grow in height and weight,the level of blood lead was measured with inductance coupling high frequency plasma atomy emission spectrum (ICP-AES),and the affected ingredients were investigated by questionaire on its growth,family status and living environment.Results (1)Maximum blood lead level was 29 μg/dl,the minimum was 5 μg/dl,and the geometric mean level was 13 μg/dl in 269 children with growth retardation.Of 156 cases(57.8%),the blood lead level was≥10 μg/dl.(2)Blood lead level has positive correlation with height-sd (r=0.0878, P<0.05),and was not apparently correlated with weight-sd (r=0.0533,P>0.1).(3) The difference of the blood lead level was of significance between normal infants and growth retarded ones(U=22142.5,P<0.01).(4)Linear regression analysis showed that the blood lead level in the growth retarded infants significantly different from that of others with different living environment factors(parents' occupation,vehicle,drinking milk,hand-mouth habit,surroundings)(P<0.01).Conclusions The lead poisoning can result in growth retardation in the height.The blood lead level of the growth-retarded infants is higher than that of the normal ones,indicating there is close relationship between blood lead level and living environment.
