河南省某市医疗事故技术鉴定现状及分析

摘　　要：目的　了解新的医疗事故处理条例公布实施后某市医疗事故技术鉴定的现状。方法　对某市2 0 0 2年 9月 1日～ 2 0 0 3年 4月 30日期间鉴定的案例进行统计、分析。结果　共受理案例 92例 ,其中撤销 2 9例 ,尚未鉴定 15例 ,鉴定 4 8例。医患双方委托、卫生行政部门委托、法院途径委托鉴定的撤消率差异有统计学意义(P <0 .0 5 ) ;委托鉴定案例中 ,省、市、县及以下三种级别医疗单位事故率差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　医疗单位外科较内科易发生医疗纠纷 ,是预防医疗纠纷发生的重点部门。各级别医疗机构均应进一步采取措施 ,防止医疗事故发生 ,处理好医患矛盾。Objective To investigate the appraisal of medical accidents in a particular city after the implementation of the new regulations on handling the medical accidents.Methods Analyzing the cases in a particular city from Sept.1,2002 to Apr.30,2003.Results 92 cases were accepted and heard,29 of which were revoked.48 cases appraised and 15 cases have not yet to be appraised.The differences of withdrawal rates of identified cases among three ways including consignations by both hospital and patient,by health administration,and by court were significant(P<0.05).The difference of accident rates by provincial,city,and county hospitals from all of the cases that were identified were not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion There are more medical conflicts in the surgical department than in the medicine department.Medical departments are supposed to take further actions to prevent medical accidents and solve the conflicts between the doctors and patients.
