三踝骨折合并下胫腓联合分离治疗

摘　　要：目的 :探讨三踝骨折合并下胫腓联合分离的治疗。方法 :对 3 9例三踝骨折合并下胫腓联合分离内固定治疗患者进行回顾分析。结果 :本组 3 9例均获随访 ,随访时间 1～ 4年。优 2 0例 ,良 13例 ,可 6例。优良率 84.6%。结论 :三踝骨折合并下胫腓联合分离内固定治疗的关键是恢复并稳定踝穴和距骨的解剖关系 。Objective: To explore the operation with internal fixation for the ankle joint Cotton's fracture and abruption of lower tibiofibular ligament union.Method:Thirty-nine cases of the ankle joint Cotton's fracture and abruption of lower tibiofibular ligament union operated with internal fixation were reviewed.Result:Thirty-nine cases were followed up for 1 year～4 years.There were excellent results in 20 cases,good result in 13 cases,poor results in 6 cases.Good rate was 84.6%.Conclusion:Anatomic relation of the talus is key points for the treatmeat of Cotton's fracture of the ankle and abruption of lower tibiofibular ligament union,it is emphasized to stable internal fixation and to exercise early.
