摘 要:三峡升船机结构预应力锚索不同于岩石边坡的预应力锚索,大规模施工前需要对张拉工艺进行专门的试验研究,以确定张拉工艺方法,了解灌浆影响、群锚效应,掌握锚索预应力损失情况,为正式施工提供决策。试验主要通过对单向/换向、单向/双向等不同的张拉工艺方法,利用锚索测力计等仪器进行监测,获取了重要的技术参数。试验表明,单向、双向张拉都能满足设计要求,群锚效应的影响并不显著,锚索预应力后期损失较小,预应力锚索施工的瞬时加荷对混凝土的影响较小,但对混凝土龄期较短的宽槽内的钢筋影响较大。The pre stressed anchorage cable of the ship lift in the Three Gorges Project is different from that of the rock slope. It is necessary to make a special experiment before construction in practice. The test can determine construction methods, find out the influence of cement grouting and the effect of anchorage cable group, determine the loss of stress, and suggest construction technique decisions. Loadcells were adopted in both single and double direction construction techniques, with which those important parameters can be obtained. The test results showed that: either single or double direction construction technique can satisfy the design requirements, an anchorage cable group has little influence on adjacent one, the post loss of stress isn't remarkable, and the influence of transient loading during pre stressed anchorage cable construction on concrete is very little, but on steel bars inside short aged concrete in a wide joint rather large.
