摘　　要：涟钢 6号高炉总容积 2 2 0 0m3 ,采用了PW串罐无料钟炉顶、砖壁合一的薄内衬结构、铜冷却壁、联合软水密闭循环冷却系统、准平坦形出铁场、比肖夫煤气水洗系统、TRT余压透平发电、高风温内燃式硅砖热风炉、轮法炉渣粒化等先进技术。高炉 2 0 0 3年 12月 4日点火开炉 ,2 0 0 4年 1月 7日利用系数突破 2 .0 ,实现达产目标。PW-type bell-less top,thin lining with stave and brick,copper stave,soft water loop cooling system,high temperature internal combustion hot stave etc. were adopted at Lianyuan Steel’s No.6 BF.The No.6 BF was blown in on 4th,December,2003,productivity reached 2.0 on 7th,January,2004.
