摘 要:目的:利用腹部胰腺的CT数据进行三维重建和显示,研究胰腺正常和病变组织及其与周围血管的形态和位置关系。方法:20例临床病人腹部Light-speed cT增强扫描的原始数据,利用“医学三维图像工作室”软件系统对其进行读取、三维重建和显示。结果:重建出的胰腺及其周围血管图像真实,能实时旋转、任意厚度多次重建、切割,能观察出胰腺病变情况和周围血管受累程度。结论:本研究实现了胰腺及其周围血管的三维重建和显示,探讨出一种内脏器官和血管的重建方式,对断层影像解剖学教学、临床影像学诊断和治疗方案的设计具有明确的辅助作用。Objective: To find out the structure and positional relationship between the pancreas and surrounding vessel through three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction of the pancreas by using computed tomography (CT) data. Methods: 20 patients contrast-enhanced Light-speed CT images of the abdominal pancreas were chosen,'3D medical studio' was applied to read CT data, and then to reconstruct and display the part of pancreas. Results: The reconstructed 3D model of the pancreas and surrounding vessel were realistically displayed. It could be freely rotated and incised and reconstructed for many times at any shape and depth on real time. Conclusions: This research realize 3D reconstruction and display of the pancreas and surrounding vessel, and discuss one way fitting for reconstructing internal organs and vessel. It may play a significant role on sectional image anatomy teaching, clinical radiology diagnosis and the choice of therapeutic project.
