摘  要:根据北京市的排水系统及设计情况,认为排水设计标准可不必再提高,但对硬质铺装区的扩大、绿地灌溉的加强、河湖淤积引起蓄泄能力的降低等要有充分的估计。在内洪灾害防范措施上,建议要重视面上的雨水蓄渗措施。Based on the current status of Beijing's drainage system and its design, the paper holds that it is unnecessary to raise the design standard any more. However, adequate consideration should be given to the expansion of impervious paved areas, the increase of the irrigation for greens and the decrease of the storing and discharging capacity of floodwater by rivers and lakes due to the sediment deposition. It is suggested that more attention should be paid to the rainwater storage and infiltration.
