摘  要:内循环流态化换热器的应用效益相当高,但是还不够完善,长期运行过程中可能发生流态化底室筛板部分筛孔堵塞和出口室沙子跑失的问题。重点研究了采用泡罩板取代筛板解决堵塞问题后出现的均匀性问题,多方案优化的结果是采用较大直径的泡罩,并且加装一块大孔均布板,可以满足稳定运行的要求。研制成功的传热管管口挡罩,不仅具有防止粒子跑失的功能,而且还具有一定的流速调匀作用和防止低流速管创新粒子倒流的稳定功能。The benefical result of the application of heat exchangers with internal circulating fluidized-bed is considerable,but this technique is not perfect.During long run,it is possible that some holes on the sieve plate are blocked in the bottom chamber and solid particles flow away from the outlet of heat exchanger.This paper focuses on the evenness problem which occurs after solving the blockage problem through using bubble plate to replace sieve plate.The optimal structure is the bubbles of great diameter and a distribution plate of large holes to meet the demand of stable operation.A special component is successfully developed,which is named sieve cover and installed at the outlet end of heat transfer tubes.It can not only keep particles from flowing away but also adjust flowing velocity and prevent particles flowing backwards.
