摘　　要：科学分析了企业的诞生、发展、衰退的生命周期,详细剖析了影响黄沙坪铅锌矿生存与发展的内外因素,提出了适合矿山企业实施跨越式发展的战略模式,可供同类型矿山企业经营者参考。This article analysised the life cycle of emerge,grow and fade for the enterprise,disscused on the factores effect Huangshaping Lead-Zinc mine to surived and develop indetail,the author put out the strategy model to make the mine develop fast,it is voluable for other mines.
