摘 要:分析了堆浸工艺中矿岩散体介质孔隙发育的过程和机理,认为孔隙发育过程可以分为初始阶段和稳定阶段,并且在稳定阶段存在反应-输运-力学(reaction transport mechanism,简称RTM)的耦合与反馈作用。基于孔隙中流体为稳定流的前提下,提出了一种堆浸工艺中矿岩散体介质孔隙发育的数学模型,该模型较好地耦合了堆浸工艺中的流体流动-化学反应-形变过程。The processes and mechanism of porosity evolution in ore-rock granular medium during heap leaching is studied.It is concluded that the processes of porosity evolution can be divided into two stages:initialization and stabilization,and there are behaviors of coupling and feedback of reaction-transport-mechanism(RTM) during the stage of stabilization. Based on the hypothesis that the fluid head of the flow in the granular porous medium is constant, a mathematical model of porosity evolution is created for heap leaching and flow-reaction-deformation process is coupled well in this model.
