摘　　要：目的 :观察固肾止漏胶囊含药血清对大鼠子宫平滑肌收缩功能的影响。方法 :连续给药 10天获取含药血清观察其对于大鼠离体子宫收缩活动的影响。结果 :固肾止漏胶囊含药血清可使大鼠离体子宫收缩率明显增加 ,收缩频率明显增加。结论 :固肾止漏胶囊有增加子宫平滑肌收缩力的作用 ,可能是其治疗崩漏的机理之一。Objective: To study the effects of the Gushenzhilou Capsules (GC) on the contractile function of uterine smooth muscles,and uncover the mechanism of treating metrorrhagia. Methods: Contractility of isolated uterine in GC-contained serum were observed by pharmacological and sero-pharmacological methods. Results: GC-contained serum can increase the contractility and frequency of isolated uterine,the differences being significant (P<0.001,P<0.05). Conclusion: GC can exerts a definite effect in treating metrorrhagia. Its mechanism may be related to the increase of the contractile function of uterine smooth muscles.
