摘 要:以国内典型的 1 62 0~ 1 740t/dCO2 气提法和 1 760t/d氨气提法尿素生产装置为代表 ,提出了大型化肥厂尿素装置扩能技改方案。分别从CO2 压缩机组、高压合成气提、分解循环、真空浓缩及造粒等方面阐述了改造内容和改造方案的选择 ,总结了改造的投资效益。结果表明 ,改造后尿素装置可增产 5 0 % ,每吨尿素生产成本为 85 0~90 0元 ,总投资较新建同规模装置可节省费用 3 0 0 0万~ 5 0 0 0万元。Taking the inland typical urea productive plants respectively with a capacity of 1 620~1 740 t/d by CO 2 gas stripping method and a capacity of 1 760 t/d by ammonia gas stripping method as representatives, the scheme of technical reformation of capacity enlargement was proposed for urea unit of large-scaled chemical fertilizer plant, the contents of reformation and the choice of scheme of reformation were respectively described from aspects of CO 2 compressor set, synthetic gas stripping in high pressure loop, decomposition and recycling, vacuum concentration and prilling etc, invest benefit for reformation was summarized. The result indicates that the capacity of urea unit after reformation can be increased by 50%, production cost is 850~900 Yuan RMB per ton of urea, the total invest cost can be saved by 30 million ~50 million Yuan RMB in comparison with same capacity of newly built plant.
