摘 要:快速的碰撞检测对提高虚拟环境的真实性和增强虚拟环境的沉浸感有着至关重要的作用,而虚拟装配环境的复杂性、实时性和精确性又对碰撞检测提出了更高的要求。文中对基于虚拟装配的碰撞检测问题进行了描述,提出了面向虚拟装配的分层精确碰撞检测算法,并对该算法中的面片层碰撞检测算法和精确层检测算法进行了论述,应用结果表明该算法能够满足虚拟装配系统的实时性和精确性要求,为虚拟环境下的装配工艺规划奠定了基础。Rapid collision detection is very important for improving reality and enhancing immersion of the virtual environment, and the complexity, real-time characteristic and accuracy of the virtual assembly environment bring higher requirements to it. Based on the analysis of the problem in the virtual assembly environment, a virtual assembly-oriented multi-layer exact collision detection algorithm is proposed, and then polygon-layer interference checking algorithm and exact-layer detection algorithm are discussed. The application results show that the algorithm can effectively meet the real-time and accuracy requirements of the virtual assembly environment, which offers a good background for the further research of virtual assembly planning.
