稳尔速在毛绒类纤维低温染色中的应用

摘　　要：针对羊毛、羊绒散纤维在高温沸煮条件下染色,易使纤维受损伤、泛黄,影响产品手感、得色鲜艳度、光泽和纺纱制成率等问题,采用英国ICI公司研制的稳尔速(ValsolLTA-N)羊毛低温染色助剂应用于羊绒纤维染色。经大生产实践检验表明,应用该工艺减少了纤维的损伤、水电汽的耗用,降低了染色时间、染化料用量,同时染料上染率、纺纱制成率、色泽鲜艳度、劳动效率有明显提高。When the wool and cashmere loose fiber dyed under the condition of boiling,the fibers damaged and became yellowing.Hence,the handle,color,luster and spinning rate of the fabric were affected.In order to overcome the above disadvantages,low-temperature dyeing auxiliaries Valsol LTA-N which was made by ICI company (England) was applied to the dyeing process of cashmere fiber.The results showed that the damage degree of fiber,consumption of water and steam,dyeing time and dosage of dyestuffs reduced by the adding of Valsol LTA-N.At the same time,the chromatic rate,spinning rate and work efficiency increased greatly.
