摘　　要：火车轮对进行踏面旋修 ,往往使轮径减少 1 0mm～ 2 0mm ,经过 3～ 4次踏面加工就报废。使用轮对轮缘自动堆焊机堆焊修复 ,投资省、结构简单、操作、维修方便 ,使用效果很好。The double wheels of train to proceed step face rotate repair, often make wheel path decrease 10mm^20mm. After 3~4 times repairing,wheels were declared worthless. Applying the automatic welding machine to repair the flange of double wheels can save investment. The structure is simple .The opration is convenient . The effect is very good.
