摘  要:拉杆是紧凑式轧机的主要受力件 ,经常发生断裂事故。采用三维有限元对 5 5 0紧凑式轧机的拉杆进行应力分析 ,发现其底部钩头圆角处的应力已超过材料疲劳极限。针对存在的问题 ,对拉杆进行了相应的结构改造。改造后应力集中部位的最大应力显著降低 ,保证了轧机安全可靠的运行。Pull rod is the main bearing part of compact rolling mill and usually occurred abruption accidents. The three-dimensional finite element method is used to do stress analysis on the pull rod of 550 compact rolling mill. It is found that the stress of the bottom hook round corner has exceeded the fatigue limit of material. Against the open question, some proper modifications have been done on the pull rod. After the modifications, the max stress of the stress concentration point has been decreased greatly. The safe and reliable running of rolling mill is guaranteed.
