摘　　要：CMM评估是当前组织进行软件过程改进的主要方法。文章介绍了“CMM自评估系统”的设计思想和实现方法,其中包括系统的结构、主要功能设计、评估的方式和流程等。该系统在实际工作中提高了效率,为软件企业考察组织现状提供了依据。The CMM is the main method for organizations software process improvement. This article introduces the design thought and realization of the 'CMM self-evaluation system'. It includes the system construction, the major function, the method and procedures for evaluation. The system will help software organization to increase its' efficiency, and investigate the current situation.
