摘　　要：为了提高列车运行安全并适用铁路提速的要求,文献[2]研制了一种智能型转辙机动态特性测试系统,该文就该系统在实际使用过程中发现的不足之处进行了研究,以Intel98系列中的MCS80C196KC单片机为核心结合低功耗电子系统设计技术研制出了全新的转辙机动态特性测试记录仪并用V C++语言重新设计出高效数据管理软件系统。实验结果表明新系统实用性好、可靠性高。An intelligent measurement system measuring goat dynamic performance is developed to meet the demand of the national high-speed train project. Several shortcomings are discovered in practical usage of the system. This paper proposes a new system which is designed and implemented with the Intel MCS_96 family single chip microcomputer and programming language VC++ 6.0. Low power consumption technologies are used. The results show that the new system is of higher availability and reliability.
