摘 要: 清洁空气、清洁水和废弃物处置法规的实施,促进了石油沥青再生复用技术的发展。沥青路面材料可以100%的回收再利用,而且可以多次复用,因而可以保护沥青和集料这两类有限的资源,节约生产和运输费用,节省公路网建设投资和养护费用。近年来,我国每年都产生大量的废旧沥青,沥青的再生问题已迫在眉睫。简要介绍了再生沥青的相关技术和国内外的研究进展,指出了适合我国国情的再生方法———调和法,该方法再生废旧沥青简单、易操作。再生沥青技术的核心是再生剂的开发,介绍了以炼油厂的废料为原料开发出废旧沥青用复合再生剂。最后阐述了我国再生沥青应用技术的发展方向。The statute about purifing atmosphere, cleaning water and dealing with wastes promotes the development of the regenerating technology of waste asphalt. Material of asphalt pavement can be regenerated completely and can be utilized many times. Therefore, the technology can save and protect on asphalt and aggregate which are all limited resources, and can save all kinds of expenses on production and transportation. Investment of highway net construct and maintaining expense can also be saved. Recently,the problem about regenerated asphalt is urgent as a large quantity of waste asphalt turned out annually in China. The advancement of waste asphalt regenerating technology and the regenerating method was introduced.A method that conforms to the situation of our country-ablending is pointed out. This method is easy to be handled. The core of this technology is the development of regenerant,the complex regenerant for waste aphalt developed from waste materials of refinery was introduced. Finally, the development direction of the technology were set forth.
