摘 要:采用真空间歇精馏技术对桃醛原料进行分离实验研究 ,考察了桃醛的热敏性 ;确定了安全的操作温度范围和适宜的操作策略。实验结果表明 :采用变回流比操作 ,操作压力不超过 4 0kPa ,釜温低于 170℃ ,产品中桃醛的质量浓度达到 99%以上 ,收率达到 72 4 % ,其中杂质辛醇的质量分数低于 5× 10 -6。采用化工过程动态模拟软件HysysPlant 2 2对实验过程进行了模拟 ,采用恒塔顶浓度和变回流比控制策略 。The experimental study for purification of Peach Aldehyde by vacuum batch distillation,as well as the heat sensitivity of the product,was carried out. The optimal operation condition for purification of Peach Aldehyde is that: the pressure of operation system is less than 4.0?kPa and temperature of the reboiler is less than 170?℃ with variable reflux. The concentration and average yield of the product was up to 99.0% and 72.4% respectively. Meanwhile, the impurity of n-octanol was less than 5.0×10 -6 .The experimental study was simulated by Hysis Plant 2.2,which can give some suggestion for the purification process.
