腰息痛胶囊治疗坦克乘员腰痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　评价腰息痛胶囊治疗坦克乘员腰痛的疗效。方法　 14 6例坦克乘员腰痛患者随机分成两组 ,分别给以腰息痛胶囊 6粒 /d和布洛芬 60 0mg/d ,分 3次饭后服用并结合主动功能锻炼。以Osw评分和腰椎活动度作为观察指标 ,记录治疗后 2周和 4周的治疗效果。 结果　治疗 2周后腰息痛胶囊组显效率 3 5 .7%,布洛芬组显效率 3 5 .5 %,差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,治疗 4周后腰息痛胶囊组显效率 78.6%,布洛芬组显效率 3 9.5 %,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1〉。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of yaoxitong capsule on the tank soldiers with low back pain. Methods One hundred and fourty six tank soldiers with low back pain were divided into two grous,seventy patients in yaoxitong capsule group and seventy six in ibuprofen group.They were given yaoxitong capsule 6grain.d -1 and ibuprofen 600mg.d -1 ,in three equally divided doses,after meals,respectively,conbined with treatment of initiative function exercises.Modified Oswestry Low Back Questionnaire and the lunbar flxion was as observation index.The treating effects after 2 and 4 w treatment were recorded.Results Pain notability relief rate in yaoxitong capsule group and ibuprofen group were 35.5% and 35.7%, respectively after 2 w, without notability differentive ( P >0.05); respectivey after 4 w were 78.6% and 39.5%, there are notability differentive ( P <0.01). Conclusion Yaoxitong capsule can get fairly higher efficiency in the treatment of the tank soldiers with low back pain.
