肾病患者红细胞免疫功能检测及其与循环免疫复合物关系的探讨(英文)

摘　　要：目的了解肾病患者红细胞免疫功能变化及与循环免疫复合物改变之间的关系。方法采用红细胞花环实验和免疫比浊法检测112例肾病患者红细胞C3b受体花环率与红细胞免疫复合物花环率及循环免疫复合物水平,并与40例正常对照相比。结果慢性肾炎组肾病综合症组及其它肾病组红细胞C3b受体花环率明显降低,同时伴有红细胞免疫复合花环率升高肾病综合症患者循环免疫复合物水平明显高于正常人及其它肾病组。结论肾病患者红细胞免疫功能降低,循环免疫复合物含量的改变,可能在肾病的发生发展过程中起重要作用。Objective: To study the relation between red cell immune function and circulating immune complex of patients with nephropathy. Methods: 112 patients with renal disease and 40 normal cases were detected by tests of RBC immune method complex rosette and RBC-C3b receptor rosette and circulating immune complex were measured by immune method. Results: The rate of RBC-C3b receptor rosette formation(RBC-C3b RR %) in chronic nephritis group, nephritic syndrome group and other nephropathy were significant lower than that of control group (P<0.01), and the rates of RBC immune complex rosette formation (RBC-ICR,%) in three groups were obviously higher than that of control group (P<0.01), the CIC level in nephritic syndrome group was significantly higher than that in other groups. Conclusion: There are changes of red cell immune function and circulating immune complex of patient of nephropathy, and this may play an important role in the development of kidney disease.
