左金丸与加味左金丸胃肠道药理作用比较

摘　　要：6g/kg左金九和加味左金丸明显抗盐酸乙醇所致大鼠急性胃粘膜损伤(P均<0.01),且两方效果相当。左金丸4g/kg和6g/kg剂量能抑制小鼠胃排空(P均<0.05),而加味左金丸无此作用。左金丸2g/kg、4g/kg和6g/kg剂量明显抑制小鼠小肠推进运动(P均<0.001),而加味左金丸此作用明显轻于左金丸。Pretreating the HCl-Alcohol induced acute gastric mucosa injury in rats with 6g/kg of ZJW and Jiawei-ZJW, the ulcer index was significantly inhibited by 98.67% and 98.43% respectively (P<0.01). Furthermore, ZJW delayed the gastric emptying and inhibited the propulsion of small intestine. However, Jiawei-ZJW had no action on gastric emptying and slightly inhibited the propulsion of small intestine. These results suggest that both ZJW and Jiawei-ZJW have a satisfactory anti-ulcer effect. But their actions on the gastric emptying and the movement of small intestine were different.
