摘　　要：研究了翻袋式离心机在VB12细胞收集上的应用,比较了同批次的VB12发酵液应用板框过滤机与翻袋式离心机过滤收集菌丝细胞过程中的滤速、滤饼含水量和滤液透光率等指标,目的在于考察摸索发酵液中细胞收集的新技术手段,以提高生产效率、收率和滤液质量。试验结果表明,用翻袋式离心机处理VB12发酵液可以提高过滤速度和滤液透光滤,同时降低滤饼含水量。In order to explore the new method of collection of cells in fermentation liquor, for improving the efficacy and yield of production, we study the application of Inverting filter centrifuge HF in collection of VB12 cells,comparing the data of the filter velocity and moisture of the cake, yield treated by Inverting filter centrifuge HF and Pressure Filter of the same bath. The result indicates that by Inverting filter centrifuge HF.the filter velocity and yield can be improved and moisture of the cake can be reduced.
