摘 要:针对低压聚乙烯装置过程中溶剂回收为研究背景 ,在间歇和连续条件下考查回流比、进料浓度与进料量等条件对 1-己烯塔顶浓度和收率的影响。试验得出随着回流比的增加 ,塔顶 1-己烯浓度增大 ,而 1-己烯的收率有缓慢下降的趋势。通过综合考查各个因素的影响 ,得出回流比为 6 0的条件下 ,1-己烯的浓度能提高到 4 0 %左右 ,对进一步工业生产与工业设计具有一定的指导意义。Separation of n-hexane/1-hexene mixture with precise distillation was investigated under background of the solvent recovery of low pressure polyethylene process. The effects of the reflux ratio, the quantity and the concentration of the feed on the top concentration and retrieve rate of 1-hexene were discussed in the batch and continual operational conditions. The results show that the top concentration of 1-hexene increases and the reflux ratio of 1-hexene slowly decreases with the increase of the reflux rate. According to the experimental results, the optimum operational condition of separation, i.e. R=60, the concentration of 1-hexene is up to 40%, which might play an important role in industry production and design of separation process.
