摘 要:退火工艺对金属和合金的组织和性能有很大影响 ,再结晶退火是工业生产中控制和改变冷变形金属与合金组织结构及性能的一种重要手段。应用取向分布函数 (ODF)和透射电镜 (TEM )分析研究了预回复退火对310 4铝合金再结晶织构及显微组织。结果表明 :预回复退火对 310 4铝合金再结晶织构及显微组织有重大影响 ,在低温 (15 0℃ )预回复退火时立方织构取向密度增加 ,但较高温度 (2 2 0℃ )预回复退火时 ,立方织构取向密度则有所减小 ;TEM形貌像表明 ,15 0℃预回复退火后 ,大量形状比较规则的晶粒已经形成 ,但在一些晶粒边界处依然伴有层错出现 ,在极少部分区域大量位错聚集成高密度的位错墙 ,形成了较明显的胞状结构 ,大部分晶内位错密度较低 ,这也说明预回复退火促进再结晶进行。Annealing procedure has great effects on microstructures and properties of metals and alloys. Recrystallization annealing is an important measure used to control and change microstructures and properties of cold deformed metals and alloys in industrial manufacture. Thus, the effect of pre-recovery on recrystallization textures and microstructures of 3104 aluminium alloy were investigated by means of orientation distribution functions (ODF) and transmission electron microscope (TEM).The results show that pre-recovery has great effects on recrystallization textures and microstructures, the intensity of recrystallization cube texture increases as pre-recovery annealed at 150 ℃, but it decreases at 220 ℃. TEM images show that after pre-recovery annealing at 150 ℃,many grains which have regular figuration have formed. However, fault can be seen at boundary of some grains, relatively clearly cell-shaped substructure has formed, cell-walls are composed of high density dislocation tangles around cell in separate field, dislocation density is low in most grains, which also shows pre-recovery annealing accelerates recrystallization.
