摘 要:采用有限元法计算了机械密封的温度场分布。分析了密封环端面温度随密封压力、主轴转速、材料性质等因素的变化 ,并对摩擦热、搅拌热、冲洗等因素进行了分析计算 。The temperature field distribution of mechanical seals was calculated using the finite element method. The changes of the end face temperature of the seal ring varying with seal pressure, rotating speed of major shaft, materials performance were analyzed. An analysis was performed of the friction heat, stirring heat, and flush. It was concluded that flush could lower the temperature of the seal end face.
