高安氏综合征眼底微循环观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察高安氏综合征的眼底视网膜微循环改变。方法 :回顾分析 1995年 7月～ 2 0 0 4年 3月临床诊断为高安氏综合征的 12例 2 4眼的眼底检查、荧光素眼底血管造影 (fundusfluoresceinangiographyFFA)临床资料。结果 :FFA检查结果与病程及眼部其他体征均有显著相关性。结论 :FFA检查能客观反映高安氏综合征眼微循环障碍程度 ,最常见的眼底造影表现为臂 视网膜循环时间和动、静脉时间差延长及动、静脉吻合形成。bjective: To investigate the changes of the retinal microcirculation in fundus of Takayasu-Ohnishi syndrome. Method: The clinical data of 12 patients (24 eyes) who were diagnosed with Takayasu-Ohnishi syndrome were analysed retrospectively. Results: The changes of the fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) of Takayasu-Ohnishi syndrome is related to other ocular findings and the course of disease.Conclusion: FFA can reflect objectively the situation of the fundus microcirculation of Takayasu-Ohnishi syndrome. Most eyes are characterized by the extended arm-retinal circulation time and the formation the arterio-venous coincidation.
