不同机种飞行员基本认知能力的特征及其意义

摘　　要：目的了解飞行人员基本认知能力的水平 ,分析不同机种飞行人员基本认知能力的差异 ,为飞行员选拔工作提出更为客观的依据。方法采用李德明等编制的基本认知能力测验软件 ,全部测验在微机上进行。结果飞行人员的基本认知能力与常模均值比较有显著差异 ;歼击机飞行员的基本认知能力总分值与运输机飞行员比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论飞行员基本认知能力具有特征性 ,说明飞行职业对基本认知能力具有特殊要求。主要表现在飞行员空间定向效率、近事记忆、信息加工能力与逻辑思维效率等方面高于普通人群。歼击机飞行员的基本认知能力高于运输机飞行员 。ObjectiveTo investigate basic perceptibility in pilots and to analyze the difference of basic perceptibility of pilots served in different plane and so as to suggest more objective evidence for selecting pilot .MethodsThe software for basic perceptibility test that was programmed by Li De-Ming et al.was used .All tests were carried out on the computer .ResultsThe basic perceptibility in pilots was higher than norm in general people. There was significant difference in final score of basic perceptibility test between pilots and general people (P<0.05).ConclusionsThe basic perceptibility of pilots has a particularity, so that it was suggested that aviating occupation have a special need of basic perceptibility. Ability of spatial orientation, memory for recent affair, information processing, and logical thinking in pilots may be higher than these in common people. The basic perceptibility of pilots served in fighter plane may be higher than that of pilots served in cargo-transport plane, especially ability of work memory and memory for recent affair show more high level in pilots served in fighter plane.
