摘　　要：目的 :探讨保留血管神经蒂阴蒂成形术在治疗女童阴蒂肥大中的应用。方法 :4例女性假两性畸形 ,行保留血管神经蒂阴蒂成形术 ,切除肥大阴蒂体部 ,保留阴蒂背侧血管神经及腹侧皮瓣。结果 :4例术后切口均一期愈合 ,再造之阴蒂完全成活 ,感觉敏锐 ,外阴形态满意。结论 :保留血管神经蒂阴蒂成形术可在改善阴蒂外观的同时保留其感觉及勃起功能 ,符合生理特征。Objective:To evaluate the application of clitoroplasty with preservation of neurovascular pedicles in children with hypertrophied clitoris. Method: 4 cases which confirmed to have female pseudohermaphroditism underwent Clitoroplasty with preservation of neurovascular pedicles. In operation, the hypertrophied clitoris was resected, and preserved neurovascular pedicles and ventral flap of clitoris. Result: 4 cases were primary healing with satisfied shape and sensition. Conclusion: Clitoroplasty with preservation of neurovascular pedicles is more according with physiological function with improving the clitoris appearance and preserving the function of sensation and erection.
