摘 要:目的 :对医院输液制剂过程中产生热原的环节进行分析 ,探讨解决的方法。方法 :对原输液配制过程进行改进 ,增加了对砂滤棒脱炭过程边搅拌 ,边过滤 ,通过增压泵加压预滤 30min的工艺流程。结果 :配制工艺改进后我院生产的 5 0 0批输液成品经鲎试验法检测热原 ,结果都呈阴性 ,而且临床使用未发现有热原反应发生。结论 :这种除热原的方法 ,操作简单、方便、对配制条件要求不高 ,投入低 ,效果好 ,能满足医院输液制剂除热原的要求。Objective: Analyze and search for solution to the appearance of heat source in the process of transfusion liquid production.Method: Make improvement in the process of transfusion liquid production by adding a 30 minutes’ process to filtrate, while whisking in the process of the decarbonization of sand filter stick and conduct prefiltaring with the pressure pump.Result: After the improvement in confection process, 500 batches of finished products of transfusion liquid produced by Taiping Hospital through the TAL experiment method were tested to be negative in hot source, and no hot-resource-reaction did not occurred in the clinical usage of these products.Conclusion: This method to eliminate hot resource is easy and convenient in operation and does not request highly in confection condition. The method is proved to be highly effective with low investment. The method can satisfy the requirement by most hospitals in eliminating hot source from transfusion liquid.
