变应性鼻炎患者血清和鼻分泌物总IgE水平测定及其相关性研究

摘　　要：用BA-ELISA法测定了26例变应性鼻炎(AR)患者和20例对照病人的血清及鼻分泌物总IgE水平。结果表明,AR组血清总IgE浓度(1.032±0.801mg/L)和鼻分泌物总IgE浓度(0.058±0.027mg/L)显著高于对照组。本资料还表明:血清总IgE浓度和鼻分泌物总IgE浓度存在正相关关系(r=0.7690)。我们认为,测定血清和鼻分泌物总IgE有助于AR的诊断。In order to evaluate the diagnostic values, using BA-ELISA, the total IgE of serum and nasal secretion were measured in 26 allergic rhinitis(AR) patients and 20 control subjects Results showed:both parameters were significantly increased in AR group (1.032±0.801 mg/L vs 0.314±0.141mg/L, P<0.05; 0.058±0.027mg/L vs 0.012±0.013mg/L,P<0.05 respectively).The levels of serum IgE were positive correlated with the nasal secretory IgE (r= 0.7690).Twenty-one out of 26 AR patients had at least one of the two parameters being higher than the corresponding normal up-limits(X±2SD).The authors suggest that measuring of serum and nasal secretory IgE should be favourable for the diagnosis of AR.
