清痹片的质量标准研究

摘　　要：[目的]建立清痹片的质量控制标准。[方法]对处方中的全蝎进行显微鉴别 ;采用石油醚 (60～90℃ ) -乙酸乙酯 (1∶1)为展开剂 ,以靛蓝、靛玉红为对照品 ,对处方中的青黛进行薄层鉴别。[结果]显微镜下观察到全蝎中刚毛和横纹肌纤维的显微特征 ;薄层色谱鉴别中 ,供试品 (清痹片 )色谱与对照品色谱显相同颜色的斑点。[结论]该方法简单易行 ,重现性好 ,可以做为清痹片的质量控制标准。Objective] To establish the quality control standard of Qingbi Tablet.[Method]A microscopical identification of scorpio in prescripition was carried out.The thin layer chromatographic assay of natural indigo in prescripition was performed using petroleum ether(60～90℃)-ethyl acetate(1∶1)as solvent front and indigotin,indirubin as control samˉple.[Result] The microscopical characters of seta and striated muscle fibre in the scorpion were observed.The same color petechical was visualized in the test sample(Qingbi Tablet)and the control one.[Conclusion] The method can be used for quality control of Qingbi tablet with easily operation and good repeatability
