摘　　要：目的　研究分析用合成基质法测定α1 抗胰蛋白酶生物活性时的影响因素。方法　在α1 抗胰蛋白酶中分别加入不同浓度的聚乙二醇 (PEG ,分子量 4 0 0 0 ) ,蔗糖 ,枸橼酸钠 ,乙醇 ,测定其生物活性。结果　当PEG浓度接近2 0 %时 ,α1 抗胰蛋白酶生物活性与对照比增加近 1 0 0 %左右。结论　PEG影响α1Objective To study the factors influencing the assay of α 1 antitrypsin(α 1 AT) bioactivity. Methods Various concentrations of PEG(MW, 4000), sucrose, sodium citrate and ethanol were added before determining α 1 AT activity. Results α 1 AT activity increased approximately 100% compared with the controls when the PEG concentration reached 20%. Conclusion PEG concentration influences the α 1 AT activity assay.
