摘　　要：目的 :探讨形状记忆合金环抱器治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 :采用形状记忆合金环抱器治疗锁骨骨折 42例 ,其中锁骨中段骨折 3 4例 ,外 1/3骨折 8例。结果 :平均随访 13个月 ,6～ 12周均达到临床愈合 ,根据韩平良的疗效标准 ,优 3 2例 ,良 8例 ,可 2例 ,优良率 95 .2 %。结论 :形状记忆合金环抱器治疗锁骨骨折具有创伤小 ,固定可靠 ,操作简便安全等优点 。Objective:To study the effect and indication of the shape memory alloy (SMA) embracing fixator for clavicle fracture. Method: Forty-two cases with clavicle fracture were treated with SMA embracing fixator,of which 34 were middle third fracture and 8 were between middle and lateral fracture. Result: Forty two cases were followed up for an average of 13 months and the clinical healing time were 6～12 weeks, the results were evaluated according to Han Pingliang' s criteria and showed that 32 cases were excellent, and 8 cases were good. The excellent and good rate was 95.2%. Conclusion: The internal fixation with SMA embracing fixator is less traumatic, stable, saftly effective to treat clavicle fracture. It would be widely used in clinical practice.
