摘  要:目的 :研究屈指肌腱术中应用TGF β1中和抗体以抑制术后肌腱粘连的效果。方法 :将 5 4只来亨鸡随机分成 3组 ,行中趾屈指肌腱切断吻合术 ,术中分别给 3组鸡滴加生理盐水及 5 μg/ml和 10 μg/ml的TGF β1中和抗体 ,于术后 3、 8、 12周取肌腱进行生物力学测试。检测肌腱的粘连程度。结果 :手术后 3组平均肌腱最大抗拉力较未手术肌腱明显减弱。 8周和 12周时 ,TGF β1中和抗体组比生理盐水组减少明显。抗体组的最大延伸率高于生理盐水组 ,肌腱模拟主动屈曲度比生理盐水组略有增加。结论 :局部滴加TGF β1多克隆中和抗体有助于抑制瘢痕组织的形成 。Objective: To study the effect of TGF β 1 antibody on preventing tendon scar formation during tendon repair.Method:Fifty four Leghon cocks were divided into three groups and performed flexor transection and anastomosis,then normal saline(control group) or TGF β 1 antibody (experimental groups) 5μg/ml and 10μg/ml were administrated locally. Analyzed the biomechenics character at 3 th ,8 th ,12 nd week respectively after operation.Result: The maximum pull strength (P max ) in experimental group was lower than that of control group at 8 th and l2 th week. The maximum extension of(δ max ) of tendon appeared no difference between the three groups at 3 th week,while at 8 th and l2 nd week,it was higher in experimental group than that in control.The stimulate active flexion (SAF) of experimental group was wider than that of control. Conclusion: TGF β 1 antibody is effective agent in suppressing adhension and scar formation.
