摘 要:采用还原熔炼方法处理DY10 5 -11富钴结壳得到富锰渣和熔炼合金 ,在还原剂焦粉配比为 9.5 % ,炉渣碱度 0 .2 9,熔分温度 13 60℃的优化条件下 ,Co、Ni等有价金属入合金率接近 10 0 % ,富集倍数达 5以上 ;Mn入渣率达 97.85 % ,渣含Mn3 2 .89% ,实现了Mn与Co、Ni等有价金属间的有效分离及富集 。DY105-11 cobalt-rich crust is processed by reducing smelting, obtaining manganese-rich slag and molten alloy. At a coke ratio of 9.5%, a slag basicity of 0.29 and a temperature of 1?360 ℃, valuable metals such as Co and Ni are melted into alloy by 100%, usually above 5 times as much as the content of Co and Ni in crude ore. 97.5% of manganese enters smelting slag, which contains 32.89%Mn. In this way, effective separation of Mn from Co and Ni is achieved, providing favourable conditions for further recovering them.
