摘 要:综述了丝束电极在研究金属/有机涂层体系方面所取得的进展。丝束电极将大面积的有机涂层分成很多区域,通过测量不同区域的电化学参数以研究涂层下金属腐蚀行为和涂层局部缺陷,丝束电极测试显著提高了金属/有机涂层体系电化学测试的重现性和可靠性;并且能根据涂层缺陷出现几率快速、定量地评价有机涂层防护性能。此外,丝束电极在研究金属不同局部腐蚀类型方面也具有独特的优势。The progress in researches on organic coatings on metals by using wire beam electrode is summarized. Since organic coatings are inhomogeneous and have localized weakness, the results obtained are average with a traditional large square electrode. The repeatability and reliability of electrochemical measurements can be improved greatly by using wire beam electrode since wire beam electrode divides the large-area electrode into many mini electrodes and the electrochemical parameters at different areas can be measured independently. The protective property of organic coatings can be evaluated rapidly and quantificationally according to the probability of weak spots. In addition, the application of wire beam electrode to the study of different kinds of localized corrosion is also introduced.
