摘　　要：氨磷汀是第 1个被认可的广谱细胞保护药 ,就氨磷汀的药动学、作用机制 ,及在肿瘤放。Amifostine is the first confirmed cytoprotector of broad-spectrum. The article recommends amifostine including its pharmacokinetics, the mechanism of action, and clinical use in radiotherapy and chemotherapy of tumours.
