摘  要:合成出不同Nd^(3+)掺杂浓度的LYB系列粉末样品,进行了荧光测试。用差热分析法测定了熔体的生长温度曲线。用助熔荆法生长出尺寸为65mm×30mm×3mm的Nd^(3+):Li_6Y(BO_3)_3晶体。A series of powder samples of LYB doped with Nd^(3+) of different concentrations were made and their fluorescence intensity was measured. The growth temperature curve for Nd^(3+): Li_6Y(BO_3)_3-LiF system was determined by DTA and the Nd^(3+): Li_6Y (BO_3)_3 crystals were grown from the Nd^(3+): Li_6Y (BO_3)_3-LiF system by flux seed method. From the crystals grown, a high quality laser crystal rod, up to φ 2. 5mm×16. 5mm, was cut and pulse laser emission was obtained at 1. 06μm. The laser oscillation threshold of this crystal is lower than that of many other laser crystals.
